First Responder Fitness Training

1:1 and small group training to focus on specific fitness training to prepare for the First Responder fitness exams.

How many participants are in a group?

 

A minimum of 2 and a maximum of 6 per group per session.

The Fortitude First full POPAT/COPAT/SOFAST/PFA/A-PREP sessions are held at the Armoury. S
